Women in Propane Roundtable: Through the Leadership Lens Live Podcast
Saturday, April 5 | 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Through the Leadership Lens podcast is returning live for its second year! For 2025, the Women in Propane Council will once again host a live, interactive edition where attendees will hear from a panel of the podcast’s most popular guests, and engage with hosts Bridget Kidd and Freddie Ridler as they address leadership questions from the live audience. Participants will also have the opportunity to reflect on their own leadership journey while workshopping the podcast's signature questions:
1. What does Leadership mean to you?
2. Can you recall a time you led someone or a team? Or a great leader you had?
3. How has your Leadership style changed throughout the years?
Audience members will engage in roundtable discussions following their own leadership self-evaluation.
