Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the National Propane Gas Association Meetings Department. Cancellations received by March 26, 2025 will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after March 26, 2025 or for no shows. Cancelled registrations may be transferred to individuals within the same company, upon written request, if received on or before March 26, 2025. Cancellations due to family or medical emergency must be submitted in writing by May 2, 2025. Cancellation refunds are typically processed on the credit card used for registration. All refunds will be issued after Expo by May 16, 2025. Refunds are mailed directly to the individual registrant using the address provided at the time of registration.
